I researched extensively on shingle technology, roofing contractors and what to be cautious of. I got at least 10 bids. I researched all contractors for any litigation and upset customers. (It took a month). I decided on Lightning Fast for many reasons too many to mention. They completed my roof in a day and a half, were completely professional as their workers are trained and not subbed out. I was very satisfied by their work, the materials I requested and with a reasonable price. I recommend them to anyone. Photos taken day after roof was installed.

If you are looking for a roofing company that delivers what it promises at an affordable price, then this is the company for you. The owner, Marcus Bullard, oversees the entire project from start to finish with professionalism, honesty, integrity, fairness, and communication. His crew was tremendously respectful of me and my property, draping tarps all the way around my house and combing the yard with metal detectors for nails after the project had been completed. I now have a beautiful, top-quality roof. I highly recommend Lightning Fast Roofing for your next home improvement project!

Once we decided to go with lighting fast, Marcus and Chris made the process very easy. I was able to apply for financing right from the quote they sent electronically and I was also able to sign and accept the bid electronically. It took 2 days from start to finish to complete the job. The crew even went above and beyond when they discovered the company I got my gutters from installed them wrong so the crew installed them correctly once the roof was done. Very happy with the work and highly recommend.

This was a full remodel on a 1920's wood frame bungalow with fire damage. I was worried any roofer would take the shingles off and be overwhelmed with the amount of bad wood that needed to be replaced from sheathing to exposed rafter-tails to facia, but Marcus and his team did not bat an eye. It took many trips to Home Depot and a couple long 12 hour days, but Marcus and his crew rebuilt the roof to better than new! I was very impressed with their professionalism, work ethic, and ability to get even the most difficult job done. As a professional contractor, we felt the expectation was met and exceeded.
